According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market", a new electricity market began operating on July 1, 2019, the purpose of which is to introduce competitive mechanisms for the functioning of the market, free choice of counterparties, and ensure the consumer's right to freely choose an electricity supplier.
By choosing GREEN SYNERGY LLC as your electricity supplier, you receive favorable electricity tariffs for non-household consumers (legal entities) and flexible payment terms, as well as the possibility of an individual approach when forming a commercial offer specifically for your business.
Currently, suppliers purchase the volumes needed for their consumers from different market segments.
The main principle of tariff formation in the Company is openness and transparency. Formulas in commercial offers do not contain hidden payments, risk factors or penalties for deviations of actual consumption volumes from forecasted ones.
Prepayment for electricity for
1 KWh is calculated by the formula:
CPU = Ki * CDRN + P + P + MP
Actual payment for electricity for
1 KWh is calculated by the formula:
CF = CFACT / WFACT + P + R + MP
Ki is a coefficient that takes into account the Supplier's forecast costs (regulated and fixed payments, other payments, etc.) to ensure activity in organized market segments (day-ahead market, intraday market, balancing market, etc.). Ki = 1.04 for the first settlement period.
The weighted average price of purchasing electricity on the day-ahead market (DAA), which is determined taking into account operational data on hourly prices on the day-ahead market in the month on the date of invoice generation and is calculated taking into account the hourly consumption schedule.
At the same time, based on the results of past settlement periods, taking into account the deviations of forecasted from actual values regarding price and consumption volumes, the Supplier has the right to take into account (adjust) the resulting difference when calculating the purchase price (CPRDN).
CFACT – the actual cost of purchasing electricity by the Supplier on the day-ahead markets (DAM), intraday market (IDM), bilateral contracts (BDC), balancing market (BM), on exchanges and other markets where electricity is traded according to the legislation.
WFACT – the actual volume of electricity purchased by the Supplier in the current month, kWh, determined according to data received from the commercial accounting administrator in the manner prescribed by the Commercial Accounting Code and other regulatory legal acts in the field of electricity, on the volumes of supplied, distributed (transmitted) and purchased electricity;
P – price (tariff) of the electricity transmission service, established by the NERC KP for the relevant settlement period, UAH/KWh.
P – price (tariff) of the electricity distribution service, established by the NERC KP for the relevant settlement period in a certain territory (region) UAH/kWh. If the Consumer has chosen the method of payment for the distribution of electricity directly to the Distribution System Operator, then P = 0.
MP – Supplier’s marginal profit, UAH/KWh.
The Supplier has the right to adjust the price of electricity for final settlements and change the price for the next settlement period if, according to operational data, there is a deviation between the average weighted hourly prices on the day-ahead market for the platforms of group "a" or "b", respectively, in the current and past settlement periods. The corresponding deviation is a fluctuation in the market price and is determined according to the operational data of the Market Operator, which are published in the manner established by the Rules of the day-ahead market and the intraday market, and does not require additional confirmation from other institutions. The adjustment is associated with a change in the regulated components of the DMR and/or the price of regulated services (P and/or others, if they are established by the Regulator), the formation of which does not depend on the Supplier, does not require prior notification to the Consumer.
The consumer is notified of any change in the adjustment coefficient (Ki) in advance of its application.
*Calculation by formulas is determined without taking into account the amount of value added tax. The amount of value added tax (VAT) is calculated in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine.
